Couple of things since last night in the comments I’d like to add.. First of all W-OUT and not Woot definitely needs a song his energy in the last few games has been immense and he’s playing like messi sometimes with his bursting runs.. a handful then go wooooooo which sounds like a boo most of the time. Let’s come up with a few ideas in the songs thread and get one started for him.. im sure a song about his hair can be made. If we are 3/4 or the way through a season and people are still commenting on not enough people are singing because they don’t know the words is baffling.. these are songs sung at every match, most are on here, most are all over social media, ufs have done an update on their songs page. In the nicest possible way of saying they can’t do anymore! Sorry but it’s lies with you (that’s not aimed as exactly one individual btw) everyone leads a busy life but these are chants done at every home game, you don’t have to go researching if you ain’t got the time, but don’t be afraid to ask as I’m sure the atmosphere will get better for it.. There were so many empty seats in the section last night a handful of sk2 or so could have moved and joined in.. One last thing, yes the fatawu chant is class.. that will only get better the more it gets aired.. Tommy cannon someone hit the nail on the head, it don’t make sense..

As others have mentioned, once again the singing section put in a real shift tonight.. I’ve actually as always came back with a croaky throat.. even the middle was alright tonight as previous comments says it breaks down, but tonight well done everyone., I ain’t going to say anything about l1 and the Wednesday fans, im sure it’s the acoustics as to why I personally couldn’t hear them.. maybe I’m going deaf in my years.. I’ll await the comments as to it being the fortress again I was surprised as there were a fair few gaps in the section tonight.. and to top it off Enzo walking over at the end and tapped the badge on his top was absolute quality.. what a manager!!

I think hearing limbs has got to be the cringiest term in football and its meaning is to act fake for the audience you are about to upload too.. the worst I’ve seen it and everyone raves about their support is Leeds. Imagine being away to Rotherham, going 1-0 up in the first 2 mins and ending up 3 rows down with your arse in the air. It’s completely fake, however I can see what people mean when they want limbs.. scoring and giving it a bit more than the famous Brendan Rodger’s clap.. (then avoid looking like a Wii character as was a couple described at Cardiff ) The European culture is coming into England whether the moaners like it or not.. from arsenal gathering in a tunnel with a drum marching to the ground, Ipswich and the flag wavers, rangers and how they get away with pyros every week.. some will like it, others won’t.. never have a seen a topic so circular as this one.. for the ones week in week out who want an atmosphere are simply damned if they do and damned if they don’t.. Has anyone mentioned it’s game night tonight??? Let’s go foxes..

You watch, 5000 will sell before all season tickets for that one

I thought they would give more than 2000 but seems unlikely from what I’ve read, they ain’t gave more than 2000 to any club this season including Leeds.. they were very unhappy at that.. -
For some reason for me its a chant that sounds incredible with a large backing.. being at villa park last year it sounded decent..

I believe it will make members, that’s only an initial allocation -
It is, so many new songs that can be started but always revert to this or the Tommy cannon how you scored that goal which is cringe

Anywhere in the west stand..

I thought now I’m a believer was going to happen when he was signed but never materialised..

I would like to think 2000 is an intitial allocation and should they sell then the extra 1000 is given.. and also at £32 a ticket, midweek, probably on tv then this makes members with ease.. -
Maybe someone can start that? Trouble is I give it 3 posts before someone says that’s dirge or far too complicated established songs on the thread, new ideas and opinions in the new songs thread I do stand by though what I said the other day, eventually some songs from the new chants section will have to be trialled though as having the same 12 chants or so gets a bit hmmm after a while..
-
That is a really outdated list, the first one is a regular at home, the second I’ve heard once maybe in the European days and the third I ain’t heard in years.. i
-
I feel really awkward when I add the allez or ale’ (same thing ain’t it) on my own in the section and a few around me goes Enzo maresccca
-
Would it have looked like that Stoke being 4-0 up and having a penalty? Or is it just a Leicester thing
-
Looking at various clips of that pyro, it looked as if some people wasn’t amused.. there wasn’t any steward attention was there? The European fixtures where the whole end is lit up is something else, yet the English can’t take in so much as a plastic bottle
-
How’s the atmosphere sounding? Few sites are tweeting about a pyro being set off should be more of it
-
We all know how difficult engaging some people can be.. it’s a relatively simple chant that’s well known and if it gets more than 30 people singing it surely that’s a win.. it can’t be any worse than the latest don’t make sense cringe Tom cannon one
-
I ain’t watching it, has the stadium half emptied?
-
I may have misjudged whether this is a joke or not.. great chant, one of the best so far, that’s how they usually go ain’t it?
-
Depends how you define droany.. dewsbury hall wonderwall is droany and slow but still great if everyone joins in, having a great drum beat with scarves waving and everyone bouncing? Each to their own though.. I think the majority won’t join in with it in the fear of looking like an ultra scene.. there was more noise away at Leeds last season in a basement battle losing 1-0 than being 3-0 up at home..
-
Wouldn’t you put Enzo on the 2nd and 3rd line? Personally I ain’t sure what’s wrong with the one that gets sung currently.. it’s just a load of woahs with Enzo maresca allez at the end.. oh I know why people don’t like it, because they wave scarves and have a little clap to it.. that’s what makes it complicated
-
No I do believe that’s slightly harsh.. I have nothing against couples and women that go.. football ain’t all about drugged up alcohol driven lads in stone island wear anymore.. all that’s required is the women and couples to just have a little sing song and show they want to be there.. What does annoy me is the amount of people who think the football is disgusting, Enzo is a fraud are still the first ones in the queue when tickets go on sale for all aways, and no doubt Bournemouth will sell out quicker than it should.. I..just..don’t..get..it
-
I think you might have misjudged what said. I didn’t say conceding late goals because there is nobody left, what I would edge towards is they concede late goals because they are playing in a church.. perhaps if there was any noise past the 70th minute then it might encourage the team along the home straight (as noise encourages performance and not vice versa) I didn’t go last night but what else can happen? Instead of views on what the crowd can do, how about we write on here what the club can do to help the atmosphere? Do people want a manager that may play more speedy football but loses possession more? What about Steve Evans? would everyone be happy with him? What about Dean smith back? Or how about try for xavi alonso, the style he’s got Bayer Leverusen playing is decent? The reason I’m suggesting managers is because clearly people have have a problem with Enzo because it can’t be anything else? May I suggest something, and it’s only so something small but we have a whole topic of god knows how many new songs and chants on here but barely any make it into the stadium.. when you see other clubs do it, 20 lads sit in a pub and record themselves.. that’s how it gets publicity.. the song book needs expanded rather than a refresh.. maybe some are getting slightly deflated with the same songs.. but once again that’s feedback and not a dig.. I am baffled at what else to say, as with others on this forum that’s been going round in circles for 275 pages and 14 months.. Norhing will change, at the end of the day it’s the people who walk out on 75-85 mins who complain week in week out that the club ain’t good enough.. same thing been said 100 times, why bother parting with your money?
