Suspect that mild strain he picked up right at the end of his second five-for needs managing, which may explain why he hasn't been able to hit those heights in game #3 and #4.
-
I can see several England players being rested from the last CC round, based on last season.
-
So that's Rehan's season over for the Foxes, in all likelihood
-
Tough prospect of Essex in a couple of days' time with them strumming up 417-6 earlier today. New signing Curtis Campher smashed 123 red off only 68 balls; we either solve our opener issue or hope they've used up all their runs in one go!

Didn't realise there was a Notts connection with Kimber, we offered him a deal in 2021 on the back of his performances for Loughborough UCCE and his home county, Lincolnshire
-
The young lad who has just come in for them now / 5pm / 6pm (delete as applicable) Sam Seecharan, smashed 49 off 13 balls (9 x 4s, 2 x 6s) in our 2nd XI T20 defeat last month; the game Raiffe Headley went for 48 runs off his 2 overs

Thanks for coming Louis

12 games is a fair compromise, they could have easily followed the success of the Big Bash League following their reduction from 14 games per team (exc. x4 KOs) to 10 in 2023/4. Average crowds, which had fallen to 16,720 per game, have since bounced back to their highest in several years at 22,825 (+35.5%).

Another example of Handscomb reading Foxestalk again
-
He's back in the squad for tomorrow's game, along with other returnees including Trevaskis and Cox: "Handscomb captains the Foxes in 50-over cricket for the first time, with Pakistan Test skipper Shan Masood featuring as Leicestershire’s second overseas star. Ben Mike, Ben Cox, Alex Green and Sam Wood all come back into the matchday squad, with Liam Trevaskis and Chris Wright also aiming to break into the XI. The Foxes will miss Rehan Ahmed, Josh Hull and Louis Kimber, who are all away at The Hundred. Leicestershire Foxes: Budinger, Cox+, A Green, Handscomb*, Hill, Holland, Masood, Mike, Patel, Scriven, Trevaskis, Wood, Wright."

Yorkies have now confirmed his departure at the end of the season

They're now slowly removing the covers in the Derbyshire match at Northampton. Glamorgan have won their game v Lancs.

Anyone going to the World Championship of Legends games tomorrow from 1230?

Just look at some of the 'Young' Australian scalps Alamgir Sheriyar captured on his way to 10-85 - Matthew Elliott, Matthew Hayden, Justin Langer, Ricky Ponting, Stuart Law, Adam Gilchrist........

Guest has outstayed his welcome and Rehan has shown him the door
-
Liquor? After watching the likes of Jacques du Toit and Wayne White up and down the country, I'm surprised RR didn't end up a crack addict.
-
Rehan clearly in "think I'll may as well get some practice for The Hundred" mode
-
The West Indies' 27 all out is starting to look a long way off
-
We won the toss and have decided to bat on an overcast day with the best of the conditions forecasted for day 4. Another interesting decision to say the least.
-
Derbyshire look like a team that's thrown the towel, the Bears could be heading for 230-plus
-
Checking the forecast, I can't see this being anything but a 1pt wash out unfortunately
-
Makes you wonder why Kimber chooses to bat first when our 2025 Blast record (won 1 lost 5) is useless. When chasing, we've won 5 and only lost 1

Tom ruddy Taylor being a good case in point, seems like he's always on the park these days when he was rarely fit enough to play back to back games for the Foxes.
