Excellent hotel - stayed there September 2024. Loads of bars and restaurants on West 46 Street - we ate at Sicily (Italian). Favourite bar was The Dead Rabbit on Water Street - we went there having been at 911 Memorial as (roughly) in that area. Best advice we got was to visit Grand Central Station early AM, and if you can get to Central Park on a weekend there’s loads going on. We took the World Trade Center tour option - slightly more expensive but got a very personalised trip and well worth the extra in our view. Of all the ‘normal’ touristy things, Top of the Rock was the one that we enjoyed most. Be prepared to walk lots, but we used subway too without any issues despite what we’d heard prior to our trip.
