Technical ability is the least of our problems. Mindset, attitude,.work rate. I don't want any of this squad, apart from some youngsters and JJ (I know this won't happen clearly) anywhere near us next season. I'm sick of hearing the team is 'good on paper' or 'should be x'. They are failures. That's all there is to it.
