Watching the first 5 minutes of Everton v Man Utd, seeing the effort and determination of the Everton players makes me so jealous. If we had that we could stay up.

I don't read all the individual threads so maybe I've missed it all. Just personally seems they've been let off the hook collectively. Maybe we need to get a sports psychologist back at the club.

We've blamed the board. Rightly so. We've blamed the managers. Rightly so. When do we blame the players? Their lack of accountability, their lack of fight, effort, determination. They may not have the quality, but you can bridge the gap with your attitude. Do enough of our players have the right attitude? Do they care?

Tough one this, but i tell you what. I bet Connor Coady has some honking stories when he launches his own podcast of this season.

I would lose no respect for Ruud if he left. He's been hung out to dry and clearly lied to.

Doubt we'll ever get offered that kind of money for him in the future.

He'll become a good championship player with experience but nothing more. At the minute, all he offers is effort and a bit of pace out wide.

Only thing that makes sense is, if he is on the reported 100k a week contract and not playing. Getting him off the wage bill is a plus for PSR. At least Dawson puts his body on the line. That's all I've got.

I voted keep. Not because I think he's a good manager. I think he's out of his depth, but sacking him is irrelevant with the board and those making decisions. We need real change, not just management.

Would love to be privvy to the conversation between him and Top. Surely they can't be happy with what they are seeing. With the position they are in.

Unfortunately we have bigger problems than our manager IMO. He's not helping himself. But what he has to work with him crap. There's some talent, but not enough fight in our squad. Our biggest problems are in the board room and those running the club. They are the reason we have been embarrassed so much this season.

Not much better on the 2nd either.
