I want him to be sacked now with a club statement that they are looking at changing the current structure at the club and will have a caretaker until the summer. I believe him. They probably are good people and care about others. This however is possibly why we are in the position we are. Good people doesn't equate to being good in business or good at running a football club. In a world where it's dog eat dog, you want someone ruthless not nice. In business you want someone that can plan ahead and see what's coming, not someone that cares for you. It's good for the employees, but that's about it. That's my take anyway.

Shit source but probably true. It sums up what's wrong with us. Weak leadership. No problem if Top wants his key players to feel important and listened to. Like his father did, but it seems he doesn't have the backbone to show he's the boss. The culture at the club will never change until this changes.
