At this point booing the players isn’t about because they’re shit (kinda is) it should be more about making them know they’re not welcome here. Winks will have got the message loud and clear. Mavididi should be getting the exact same treatment from any fans there. That cameo was a disgrace. We were on the attack and instead of making the run ahead he just slowly jogged.

I think we’ll need an experienced core. Need a leader at the back for one. A proper experienced head in midfield too. I absolutely do not trust the club to make some smart signings like that though. It’ll be Choudhury still

Yeah agree wasn’t a completely serious comment. With the names you’ve mentioned that’s 3 guys who’ve got a seasons worth of experience plus getting good reviews. Evans hasn’t played a lot but has still been exposed to what League One is like & scored which is huge for him. Alves has gone missing but again he has played in the Championship & League 1. Page & Aluko have tasted Championship football too so know what to expect. I do think all these guys are more ready than some will realise. Be interesting to see what happens with Otchere & Hutchinson who have had great seasons especially as we’ll have zero strikers at the club

U21s have got their Play off game tomorrow as well. Unlikely any will be involved. So it’ll be the same rotters

If we’re going to have use youngsters for one it’ll have to be someone willing to do that. On Fuchs, if he keeps Newport up i still wouldn’t want him. Let him have a full season managing them then see. Im absolutely dreading this appointment.

Wilson-Brown pre injury was playing most weeks for promotion chasing Swindon & then obviously Braybrooke who we know about. I’d say the guys who have been on loan in League 2 should all be in the squad next season.
