A poster on BR nailed it - Patronising, condescending, corporate BS. Do fans like us who spend most of our life invested in the club and following them through thick and thin really need to be fed this twaddle? Why no recognition from the board that if they had been half as good at their job as we are in supporting them we might not need this mythical 12th man?
