Thats how I see it too. At my place there is no annual longer than a day or two in June and November due to the nature of the work. I fully feel the top brass should be on job in the off season as thats largely where they are needed as opposed to say February March time when the football is in full swing.

We all know other Leicester fans. We are all aware plenty are still behind King Power and won't have a bad word said about them. Plenty will have mates, family or work colleagues who are not their with the ownership yet. What are these people saying to you on it all?

I think a vast amount still there are very much attracted to our foreign ‘owners’. Many more so than that of who did not renew.

Oh a million percent want to keep Cox. He has been superb for us. Not 100% but I think Duke pushed Tatts to number 3 in line on the gloves at Yorkshire, hence likely him coming to us. But I like Tattersall a lot, I like him as a batsman too and seems a good bloke.

Previously I was involved with meeting supporter services staff via a fan group. Granted not dealing with Jonny Boy on the regularly but the bigger decisions that needed to go up the chain never were able to be done as those were off on leave. Similar you get a barrage of bounce backs from email addresses at the club at this sort of time.

Cox will be hard to replace, he has excellent glovework. Duke at Yorkshire is out of contract, wonder if he long term could fill that spot.

Looks that at the end of this season Cox, Holland, Hull, Mike, Patel and Trevaskis all have their current deals ending. Some confusion on if Hill and Wood are also out of contract.

The fact that nearly the whole organisation comes to a grinding hault every late Spring early Summer year on year is a huge problem.
