  1. Wilfs 3rd man runs are so good, genuinely I think our player of the season so far, the change is remarkable Vs the player we saw under Rodgers
  2. Faes taking a boot to the head but that move just before was fantastic
  3. 71.6% save percentage over two seasons (73.5 2020/21, 70.4 2021/22) +4.9psxg over two seasons (+ 2.4 in 2020/21, +2.5 2021/22)
  4. Change up front please Enzo, don't think Nacho has had a touch this half
  5. Almost like that's why I looked at psxg, which is based on the quality of shots you're facing. Iversen conceded 2 more than you'd expect from an average keeper, Mads has kept 3 more out than you'd expect
  6. "one of them did find the back of the net" from 6 yards, not the 35 yard conversion attempts which is what Enzo was annoyed by
  7. Iversen save percentage 66.1%, psxg difference -2.1 Mads save percentage 82.0%, psxg difference +3.0 Mads is a better shot stopper and passer
  8. No, Enzo does look annoyed at times with the backwardsness when we turn a player. The idea is obviously to keep it and create space to exploit and the annoyance is that we're not exploiting it when we do create it
  9. We were always bound to have a wobble and progression isn't linear. In reality though we've reset a lot from Rodgers, quicker than I really expected and it's lead to some over reactions from here
  10. No, but when it works it creates good overloads for best use of attacking positions. Problem is there's a few players we have that don't make it work
  11. I would say we do have most of the players but need a number 8 and striker to complete it
  12. Sousa tried to do it with agricultural players like Neilson and Hobbs, we've at least got players who can play the ball
  13. It's a false 9 role, the idea is that the forward drops in and the defenders follow, then the 8s go beyond. That said, Nacho drops too far and the 8s don't make those runs enough
  14. It's effective, it's quite good at times although could do with sharpening up a bit. The problem is just a few players are too cautious where cavalier play is needed (this system relies on the 8s running beyond the striker which isn't happening enough, and the wingers winning their 1v1s which they don't try enough)
  15. Better first half than Weds, couple of errors but created a couple of good chances for Mavididi and Nacho
  16. Got to hit the target Kelz
  17. Last few games with the effort levels from certain players (Nacho, Casadei) we've been playing with effectively 10 players is my point
  18. Mads pass completion this year 86.5% Iversen last season 56.2% Not in the same ballpark are they?
  19. More like it going up through the gears as we move forward. More of that pleas
  20. 13 wins from the first 14. Had a wobble last 4 but it does work, just requires players to be on it and a few have started to believe their hype and stop putting in maximum effort
  21. Yea, maybe some quick striker with bags of energy, but who... (PD)
  22. Seriously? Mads is class
  23. We also stop getting them into the 1v1s if they win a few early (e.g. Fatawu vs Byram and Leeds)
  24. Got away with that was well christ
