Just let people do what they want with their own consciousness if they want to smoke pot and trip out let them smoke pot. What is the point of claiming to be in a free society if you cant do to your body whatever the hell you want. If you develop health problems due to your lifestyle choice then so be it. It has been highlighted recently by the case of the 60 stone teenager who tbh none of us knew about until she was winched out of her house and rushed to hospital. Yet had this been a drug addict who had overdosed on a massive amount of drugs it would have been all over the tabloids. Shall we ban all unhealthy fatty foods....No because that would inevitably cause an uproar in society in the 'freedom to do what i want brigade' which are probably the same people who believe that Weed should stay illegal. Free society...... Yeah right 'Free to do as we tell you' more like.

To be honest i can understand some peoples views that drugs are bad. Some really are and will completely **** you up but cannabis is not one of them. I have smoked weed for about 12 years not consistently as i can go 2-3 months without having a joint and i have no health problems whatsoever. People need to get their heads out of their arses and realise it is quite possibe to take a drug without abusing it. I mean you can abuse cheeseburgers but shall we make them illegal ? Prescription drugs are far more addictive than some illegal drugs. Alcohol,Tobacco have killed many millions of people in this country alone. But hey they bring in billions in tax every year so we seem to not give a shit

People still find it hard to differenciate between Drugs and 'Drug Abuse' I had a Spliff about 6 months ago and have had no urge to have another one since so i am not a Drug abuser. Even if people have a splff every week i wouldnt class them as a drug abuser. However someone who breaks the law to feed their habit are drug abusers

Cannabis doesnt directly cause any condition that could as you say '**** you up' These are pre-existing conditions that could be exasperated by any drug be it Tobacco,Coffee,Alcohol etc. In over 10'000 years of known use of Marijuana no-one has EVER died from its effects. Yet look at Tobacco,Alcohol deaths in this country alone last year 80'000 a year in England alone due to Cigarettes and 10'000 due to alcohol. In my opinion NO-ONE has the right of sovereignty over my body but ME if i decide i want to go out tonight and have 10 pints no-one will bat an eyelid, If i decide to smoke 20 fags a day again no-one will say a thing. Yet if i want to smoke a natural herb that has never killed anyone in history WHOAH there im a drug crazed fool.
