  1. From a councillor for Bosworth.

Why fix something that's not broken?

    'protect our children'.

    'No, not like that!'

'This morning I attended the Leicestershire County Council Scrutiny Commission.

At the meeting I condemned the decision of the Reform Led County Council to scrap the Council’s School Meals service.

The service was known for providing some of the best quality, nutritious school meals to school pupils in the county. 86 of the 102 school sites were rated as 5 star by the School Food Standards Auditor for the school meals they provided. Given the high quality meals provided by the County’s Meal service it may well be that the alternatives are of lower quality and less nutritionally beneficial.

In addition the School Meals service had been turned around financially in the last few years from a loss making organisation to one that was making a profit of over £100,000 this year. The County Council also reports that the costs of ending the service will be £360,000!

I believe the Reform led County Council’s decision to end the County Council’s School Meals service is a short sighted one. It means losing a service which provided high quality meals for local school children and losing a service that had begun to deliver a profit.'

He doesn't have links to terror organisations.

He has the same name (Abdulkadir) as someone high up in Al Shabaab. That's it.

It would be like refusing the entry of Adolf Hutter (the Frankfurt manager).

I know mate, it's just the US (Trump) way of dealing with things with fabrications.
