Dan Posted 19 May 2015 Posted 19 May 2015 You have to wonder how many times Caulker has to be at the centre of an awful defence in the PL before people actually start to realise he is probably part of the problem. It's amazing. I'm just not seeing how people keep falling for QPR. They had probably the most over-rated manager in the country who scraped promotion in extremely fortuitous circumstances despite having a bigger wage bill than Champions League finalists Atletico Madrid (beating someone in the final who'd guided QPR to 9 wins from 10 at the start of the season in McClaren), they demonstrated in the summer they had learnt absolutely nothing from before. They were always going down. I've juggled my three to go down a lot this season (as have the majority I'd guess) but QPR remained a constant in there. The mentality of that club top to bottom stinks. I could take people tipping us to go down (though I didn't agree with the reasoning) but I couldn't take people tipping us to go down and having this complete shower to survive comfortably based on nothing other than the fact they had past-its like Ferdinand & Kranjcar and that they'd signed up and coming frauds like Caulker. There's no doubt that some of the players listed have got talent, but just from the top of my head the following have been relegated at least twice now Barton (QPR x2, Newcastle), Caulker (Cardiff, QPR), Fer (Norwich, QPR), Green (West Ham, QPR, Norwich?) and i'm guessing Krancjar has somewhere down the line too. Same goes for a few of the Hull squad too, should they go down. The same bandwagon that will want to sign numerous players from relegated sides come July. Doesn't necessarily make you a bad player if you go down, although if you do it on more than one occasion the alarm bells are ringing. I'd take any of Ings, Austin or Robertson.
