Guest Col city fan Posted 25 May 2015 Posted 25 May 2015 Don't think any contributions in our team have been particularly under rated by the mjaority of fans, get the odd poster on here saying Cambi is over rated, or Jeff is stealing a living, or Mahrez is shit etc but that's an exception. I value what every player has contributed this season, even the shit ones. I do hope you're joking. Read the forum back over the past few months (especially the Morgan and Schlupp threads) to inform yourself of the criticism so many of our players have received this season. You'll discover many posts which 'under-rate' many of our players this season. In some cases, hugely. I won't name names because it's been and gone l. But don't kid yourself. Now we've done it, of course, it's all sweetness and light and lovely. It wasn't. .. ALTHOUGH, I do doth my cap to some posters who kept the faith both in the players and in Pearson. Many didn't. .Let's have it right.
mugshot Posted 25 May 2015 Posted 25 May 2015 Have to disagree Morgan's been atrocious without Huth. It's almost like Robert Huth has been his carer STATS - from WhoScored... Hardest to dribble past: Wes Morgan (Leicester) Morgan has played a vital role in the Foxes' survival. Again of all players to make 50 tackles this season, Morgan has completed the most for every time that he has been dribbled past. Indeed, having made 53 tackles this season, the man mountain has been rounded just 3 times despite missing only one match (through suspension) all season, averaging 17.7 tackles for every time he is beaten by an opponent.
Sampson Posted 25 May 2015 Posted 25 May 2015 I agree with Morgan. Got a lot of criticism at times, but overall he's had a good season for his first season up.
sdb Posted 25 May 2015 Posted 25 May 2015 Morgan started brilliant, had a mare at QPR and then for several months, then ended the season fantastically. When he starts tweeting about his tattoo parlour again next season i'm going on holiday.
Mad Dog Posted 26 May 2015 Posted 26 May 2015 Hammond was probably the biggest surprise. Didn't let us down when called upon. Hamer did a good job stepping up to Premier League football when we needed him. I think Konch was valuable across the season despite the bile that is spit on these forums about him.
