Merging Cultures Posted 21 December 2015 Posted 21 December 2015 I think the idea that their form could dip during the rest of the season is an important factor. Right now everyone is talking about them. It seems that they are in demand. If they have the opportunity to earn £100k a week now, they probably should take it. By the summer their form could be terrible. Or alternatively it could be even better and they get to earn £150k a week. I know what I'd do, I'd take the money. Which may also be offered by our club. I hope we keep them, but I hope we don't risk the club financially to do it. But definitely no on the banners.
Freesolo Posted 21 December 2015 Posted 21 December 2015 They are going nowhere until at least the end of the season and if we can secure european football I think we can keep them and afford to offer new bumped up contracts that they deserve
