Here we go:1. Slowly and deeply breath in through your nose to the count of 6: HUUUUUTH... (it's essential to make it sound like:) 2. Now (slowly, slowly ) breath out through your mouth Feeling better already? Keep repeating that exercise up to 6 minutes. Unfortunately this doesn't work if one isn't a Leicester City supporter. If you're not LCFC supporter, you're advised against it, otherwise it can have the opposite effect to that intended.
