A calming exercise for Leicester City supporters

Recommended Posts

Obviously you will get the most benefit if you do it regularly, as part of your daily routine, but it's still very effective if you only do it on a matchday.

Here we go:

1. Slowly and deeply breath in through your nose to the count of 6:

HUUUUUTH...

(it's essential to make it sound like:

2. Now (slowly, slowly :claudio: ) breath out through your mouth

Feeling better already?

Keep repeating that exercise up to 6 minutes.

Unfortunately this doesn't work if one isn't a Leicester City supporter. If you're not LCFC supporter, you're advised against it, otherwise it can have the opposite effect to that intended. In fact, it's been documented to cause:

  • Paranoia
  • Disorientation
  • Dissociation
  • Delusion
  • Hyper-aggression
  • Tachycardia
  • Hallucination
  • Diaphoresis
  • Incoherent speech or shouting

in Tottenham Hotspur FC fans.

IN CASE OF EMERGENCY

If we're trailing and there's less than 10 minutes left, turn to Her Foxiness
