TiffToff88 Posted 2 December 2016 Posted 2 December 2016 I'm not sure how i came across it, but yesterday i found out that the longest distance between 2 domestic teams occurs in the Russian National League, When Baltika (Kalinigrad) play Luch-Energiya (Vladivostok). A total distance between the 2 clubs of 6441 miles each way. A 12 hour flight, or 6 straight days driving to make the journey. It got me wondering, what's the furthest you guys would be willing to travel to an away game? I know some of you went to LA in the summer, but even that is "only" 5353 miles! Can anyone beat the Russians? I guess my furthest away day was Vienna when we played Red Star Belgrade (Just over 1000 miles - according to google maps)
Fox92 Posted 2 December 2016 Posted 2 December 2016 Furthest for me was Brugge earlier this year. In this Country, I think it was when I went to Plymouth. That was one hell of a drive and, not a surprise that, we didn't even win. Distances aren't too bad in the Premier League tbf.
isaidno Posted 4 December 2016 Posted 4 December 2016 Socceroo fox came over from Australia for the Everton match last season so that will take some beating.
