The Council in dorset have done the same... but that will pay for itself in 5 years owing to savings on heat/electric/maintenance

talked about this today at my office which is in Cambridgeshire (I'd never want to live there).

Anyway after hearing what other folk are paying I shut the f' up and counted my blessings for living in tranquil shire of Charnwood.
