C PLUS PLUS programming

Is anyone or does anyone on here know people skilled in c++ programming, preferably in visual studio in the leicester vicinity. Require urgent help on project.

 

I have been told the project is quite simple for people skilled in the coding program, but quite difficult for a beginner like me.

 

Of course I am willing to pay for any help on offer but please let me know ASAP as the deadline is approaching.
