I think some people are unfairly denigrating Gray here on the basis of zero evidence.

And Wes has had a much harder schedule over the last few years and coped despite being much older. Just seems to want everything on a plate without putting in the hard yards. Should be champing at the bit to start the new season.

And Chilwell hasn't opened his mouth about Managers not picking English players . I have nothing against Gray I just find it odd after stating how much he wants to play and the not playing English youth comment that he then takes a long holiday missing most of the preseason so he is further behind . Surely you would put your money where your mouth is come back early and try a bust your balls to prove a point or to get some advantage over the other players in front of you

Chilwell is already well integrated into the first team setup and as such has perhaps a little less to prove than Demarai. He needs to go the extra mile.
