So after World Mental Health day yesterday I noticed a lot of stuff online about this and wondered what other people thought about the provision thats out there for Professionals, U23's, Academy players etc...

 

Loads going on in the world of sport - especially in relation to depression, sextortion, cocaine and other substances, abuse, safeguarding responses, instagram grooming, post-retirement options.... the list is pretty long - thought I'd create a space for news comment and general discussion....

Not too sure that the provision of that would be so good for young footballers.  They can give it to me instead!!

That arguably couldn't be further from the spirit of contribution I was looking for.

Why should footballers get all this. There's plenty of vulnerable people out there that don't earn 50k plus a WEEK
