Long time season ticket holder passed away today

in the early hours of today my friends mum passed away.Julie Sykes was a longtime season ticket holder and was going with her son and grandchildren for her later years to the king power stadium.she was 60 years of age and if we could try to arrange a round  of applause in the 60th minute it would mean the world to my friend and Julie would have been so proud.would really appreciate it . Thanks

Very sad to hear that. RIP.

This applause idea has worked before, although it's divided some if the fans.., and am hopeful that this receives a good reaction at the game (assuming you mean on Saturday?).

These round of applauses are not really for me.

 

If you think that we must have between 40k-50k fans who attend matches every season. We could end up with something every week.

 

When I pass on id just want the people I go to the game with to raise a glass to me before hand and enjoy the game.

 

That being said I'm very sorry for your friends loss 60 is no age these days and good luck trying to get this going if its what the family want.

Felt this worthy of a bump.

Obviously we can’t have another applause in addition to the two already planned for Paul Taylor, but it will be fitting to remember Julie during the 18’84 too.
