Playing darts tonight i did not realise a team member was ill. while playing my game two team members and the scorer where trying to get him a taxi home. Not knowing I've had a little word.

Before my game finished we got told an ambulance had been called. How bad did I feel. He's now had stents put in and hopefully recovering.

We finished the match and they won. Not important but they cheered like they had won the league.

Really does a game mean that much. I felt sick finishing the match.

These sorts of things are horrible and it sound like a fair bit of confusion reigned. How come the game wasn't stopped?

Edit: glad he's going to be ok btw

Sorry to hear that.

The condition of your mate is the important thing. Did the opposition know much either? Surely they would have been a lot more considerate if they had an idea about the drama.
