Ash Posted 8 September 2004 Posted 8 September 2004 Id profer to see a younger goalie in anyway ......Also its a known fact Robinson has been the best English goalie in the premiership , so why shouldnt he be given a chance
Mark Posted 8 September 2004 Author Posted 8 September 2004 Confirmed: James and Smith have both been dropped

Buzzell Posted 8 September 2004 Posted 8 September 2004 Good news but I feel for the poor lad. He's not a bad goalie, you just cant trust him. Robinson needs to impress tonight to keep his place in the team and playing Defoe is the best thing Sven has done in quite a while, he's a great player!
Mark Posted 8 September 2004 Author Posted 8 September 2004 I'll be happy with Defoe and Rooney. Owen is dire.

Guest freund Posted 8 September 2004 Posted 8 September 2004 I'll be happy with Defoe and Rooney. Owen is dire. 17856[/snapback] I have to agree. They say Beckham hasn't had a good game for three years, I can't remember when Owen played well
Guest Daniel Posted 9 September 2004 Posted 9 September 2004 I can, Owen was very good in the 3rd group game of Euro 2004. He didnt score many but he made some great runs and set a couple up agaisnt the Swiss. I think he's a brilliant player to have in your squad. Got to be one of the best attacks in the world.
