When he retires, you will look back at his record and footage of him playing and then you doubters will realise that this guy is close to the best if not the best.

Ronaldinho probably edges him, I don't think Shevchenko does, but what you have to remember is that over here we only see the best footage of these players from abroad so therefore they look amazing. Henry produces football you would pay the admittance for.

He was pretty good in '98 for France and in 2000 as well... Recently France as a team haven't set anything alight, and he just doesn't work together with Trezeguet up front, but all France managers seem to ignore that fact. He's generally been pretty good in Europe as well when not injured.

He would definitely be one of my two strikers in a World XI over the last ten years...
