Sorry if this has been covered elsewhere, do we just use the original ticket provided to us before this clash was rearranged? 

 

Also a mate can't go now as working but wasn't on original date, are refunds being given ?

Yes.

 

And yes but have to email the club to get in touch for a refund by Friday 16th November.
