AK76 Posted 22 August 2019 Posted 22 August 2019 Has anyone else been in the situation where they have now changed the company memberships to adult only purchases? We originally purchased 4 memberships from the season of 2015/2016 in our company name. For the last 4 seasons we have purchased 2 adult tickets and two children tickets and sat in the family stand because our memberships allowed us to buy such tickets. When have tried to book 4 tickets, online, for the Home game against Newcastle in the family stand. I was unable to purchase the tickets in the family stand as all 4 memberships have my date of birth in so the system recognises all 4 memberships are adult memberships, hence not been able to book family stand tickets. After calling the ticket office i was advised this season, my date of birth has been entered in two of the memberships, therefore, i am unable to book family stand tickets because all the memberships are now adult memberships. We regular attend Leicester matches and we book family stand tickets as families attend the matches, and the family stand is a safe place for seating kids. We will now be forced to buy children's tickets in adults names and no longer be able to sit in the family stand and will have to sit in other areas of the ground. What we would have paid for to sit in the family stand of £65.00 for a family of 4, we would now have to pay £144.00 for 4 adult tickets @ £36.00.

Surely you can buy children tickets with an adult membership, just potentially not in the family end? Sounds like they've either changed terms and conditions with them not informing people or you've missed it, or an error on their part. I'd either go in person, or ring LCFC help and ask to speak to Jim who normally sorts issues and has sorted a lot of things out for us in the past. Edit: The whole ground is safe for kids. There's arguably just as much swearing etc from the family end as there is the Kop or any other area.
