Never had goose! whats it like? I've had Kangaroo though, was like Vinegar Beef and twice as tough as yer Aunt Bessies roast that has been left in the oven for a few too many hours.

You can't beat lamb with mint sauce. I also tried horse once when I was in France, its like beef but alot more chewy.
