Great call by the owners of that land. KP will want it without doubt and will pay handsomely for it. I’d expect a few cheeky bids going in to push up the price.

Will there be much interest in what is all intense and purposes is a small bit of land in a desolate part of the city?

I can’t see anyone buying it for the building it’s just offices, there are multiple better options available on attractive short and long term leases and a lot of office based businesses are adapting to wfh.

LCFC are likely the only ones interested and will play hardball to get it at a snip.

That’s not the point. The point is that KP won’t want anyone else buying it and then demanding a Kings ransom. Likewise a few ‘outside’ bids will push up the price nicely. Good work on their behalf.
