Take advantage of a special City shirt offer at Saturday's game.

The City Megastore is offering a Matchday Home Shirt deal for the Burnley match only.

Buy a blue home shirt and save pounds off the original price.

For Saturday only blue adult shirts cost £29.99 (save £7), blue youth shirts cost £23.99 (save £6) and blue kids shirts cost £19.99 (save £6).

And there's an extra bonus if you're a devoted City fan as season ticket holders and members' discount still apply!

Plus buy a shirt before 12noon and get the blue change shorts (as worn at Rotherham) absolutely FREE.

This offer only applies to Saturday September 18, 2004 from 9am-3pm and from 4.45-5.30pm.

Wow, the club are pushing the boat out here. ;)

How much is that for a M adult home shirt & shorts, with a season ticket? I might get one in to be honest. Need one to wear around Nottingham next year.

It seems too good to be true, are you sure you don't have to buy a couple of match tickets or anything?

You have to buy a shirt to get a pair of free shorts, it's clearly stated. ;)

Yes the club are going a bit OTT on these shirt offers. Every other week for the last half season I have been receiving emails about buying a shirt online and getting a name/number for free. But remember that the blue home shirt will be replaced at the end of this season - so if you do buy it you only have this season to wear it before it becomes out of date.

The thing is, they just don't sell them blue shorts as well as they expected. Almost nobody buys them (for obvious reasons).

In my eyes, it's just another rip-off.

What do you think?
