At the moment Spartak it is the tenth in the Russian Premier League and has big internal problems in the structure, which greatly affected the club as a whole. They used to be in the top five, but like all Russian clubs, they hardly know how to play with foreign clubs. 
Btw they like to consider themselves a champion club, since Spartak is one of the most popular clubs not only in Moscow, but also in Russia (here people are more likely to support famous clubs than local)

Unfortunately, that's a Worldwide problem.

Ditto in Naples ... trying to get out of the port area, and into the town.

 

The only way I could cross the road, was to stand next to a local ... and to simply walk across at the exact same time as them, shadowing their movements.

All of Spartaks home games are being played at that time from what I can see. Time zone explains the 3:30 but I'm unsure why Wednesday. Probably something to do with tv companies like normal.

 

Edit - Lokomotiv Moscow seem to be playing their home games on the Thursday after Spartak's. It's probably that.

But at the minute the time zone in Moscow is 2 hours ahead of us. Therefore is it going to be a 3:30 our time or if its 3;30 in Moscow that's going to be 1;30 pm our time? confussed.com

It's 3:30 UK time I believe when I go on the Uefa website it says 22:30 and my time zone is +8 and the UK is +1 in summer. So it should be 3:30 uk time, 5:30 Moscow time. (I may have just confused you more )
