I think a fair most of us can give credit where its due and last night it was massively due. He dropped his ego and made changes that needed to be made. I hope the praise from the pundits after the game about going back to basics sets a fire under him. 
 

As long as he keeps this up and as long as the players keep fighting for him theres no need for him to lose his job but personally i’m worried that he’ll go back to zonal marking and patient passive play first chance he gets because we’ve been here before, a few good performances before it all reverts.
