Headphone jack bluetooth transmitter?

So, what i would like to do, is listen to my record player on my bluetooth headphones... Does anyone know if it ispossible to buy a bluetooth transmitter that would plug into, say the headphone hole which could then transmit the sound to my headphones...Ive googled but cant see if what i want actually exists
