Sad news, RIP. Remember him coming in and being quite excited we'd managed to sign a player from Celtic given the level we were at. Not the best technically but wore his on on his sleeve and gave his all. Our current bunch of muppets could learn a lot from his attitude and work rate.

I think he fell out with Mark McGhee and was squeezed out of City before his car crash. As well as being a tough tackler he could whip in some great crosses - one memorable one away at Cov which Iwan Roberts got on the end of with a bullet of a header. RIP.

Yeah you're right, we were right behind that cross which was a fair way out but went like a tracer bullet right onto Iwans head. Big shame, RIP.

Remember his brief spell with us very fondly … tough tackling, no nonsense, loads of effort, and a great crosser.

The highlight of course being his run in with Big Dunc throughout the game, until DF was red carded and Micky walked with him halfway across the pitch giving an enthusiastic commentary of Dunc’s footballing attributes!!! 😂

RIP Micky Galloway
