It’s matchday and what better way to prepare than getting into double figures completing run 10 of October’s  Prostate United, representing team Leicester City raising money and awareness for Prostate Cancer UK

A couple of milestones today, that’s 50km run so far in October and £2,000 raised for this fabulous charity.

This disease affects 1 in 8 men and a man dies every 45 minutes because of this disease, this challenge helps raise money for additional testing, treatment and research which will continue the fight to improve survival rates.

My target this year is to raise £7,000 which would mean in 4 years of completing this challenge I would have raised over £20,000. To help me get there The Foxes Ams Facebook page has enlisted businesses who are donating 60p for every new follower in October so please visit their Facebook page give them  a follow and help raise dosh for this great cause.

Please keep liking, following and sharing my progress and if you are able to spare a few quid please make  a donation by clicking the link to my just giving page below, every £ really does help and is very much appreciated.

Just donated. I do also have a dd set up for prostate cancer, but need to help you to your target.

Come on all you foxes out there, a small donation helps so much. As I have said before, I have stage 4 prostate cancer in my spine, I really want this awful disease to be beaten so no man has to go through what I have been through and will still have to endure

I just wanted to say a massive and heartfelt thank you to whoever made an incredibly generous anonymous donation to my Prostate United challenge this morning. 🖤🩵

I always try to personally thank each and every person who donates where I can, so I hope whoever you are, you get to see this message.

I also want to say a huge thank you to every single person who has donated, shared, liked or sent messages of support so far. I really cannot put into words how much it means to me.

These middle days of running 5km every day are probably the toughest, when the legs are tired and the finish line still feels a long way off! 😂

But the kindness, generosity and support you have all shown genuinely keeps me going.

Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. I really am incredibly grateful. ❤️🦊
