Jonbluefox9 Posted 7 October 2004 Posted 7 October 2004 Irrespective of the should he stay or go debate,do we all agree we can stll go up this season? 24908 Yes, we can still go up this season!
Mark Posted 7 October 2004 Posted 7 October 2004 Irrespective of the should he stay or go debate,do we all agree we can stll go up this season? 24908 No, unless we change our style of play, remove Dublin and play a winger at right wing
spirefox Posted 7 October 2004 Author Posted 7 October 2004 Don't forget MA signed Harper,a proper right sided midfielder.
Mark Posted 7 October 2004 Posted 7 October 2004 Don't forget MA signed Harper,a proper right sided midfielder. 24917 Well if thats the case, a proper left winger when Harper is fit, cause Scowcroft will just become a left winger  It hasnt worked for two years Micky, come on now.
spirefox Posted 7 October 2004 Author Posted 7 October 2004 The tragedy about monday night, apart from losing to 10 men,was that we actually played with a proper formation which looked promising but then all went tits up with Stewart's injury time panic attack
Guest Daniel Posted 7 October 2004 Posted 7 October 2004 Oh we must be good then, we lost to 10 men. No excuse about it.
Oli Posted 7 October 2004 Posted 7 October 2004 Its not about going up, its about staying up!! (if we keep Adams that is)
Hoof Fox Posted 7 October 2004 Posted 7 October 2004 Yes we can still go up, but only if we unite together behind the team and Micky. I am concerned about our performances and whether Micky is up to it. But as long as we are divided and not backing the team on the pitch or the manager then we will be as guilty as them if we dont win promotion. We have to get behind the team 110% for the whole 90 minutes regardless of performance, only show your displeasure after the final whistle. We have been to quiet this season. If we do our bit on the terraces then it is down to Micky and the team to get it right on the pitch, if it does happen then we will be promoted, if it doesnt then Micky will lose his job but lets make sure we do what we can to influence the results in a positive manner. If we are positive then this may well relieve some of the pressure from MA and the players and we could see better performances and a big improvement in results. We can still do it but we have to be together, the players, management and the supporters lets make the Walkers a fortress ! In the words of the Birch "We will return".
Leicester_Mad Posted 7 October 2004 Posted 7 October 2004 we can still go up. The fact is with the style of play we are playing with at the minute we WONT go up! Something has to change either Mickys style of playing or Mickys job!
Scow Posted 7 October 2004 Posted 7 October 2004 With Adams in charge, no. Anyone else, then who knows? Really depends on who we will get in. But I have a feeling Adams will be given until the end of the season anyway as we can't get rid.
Anish Posted 7 October 2004 Posted 7 October 2004 Potentially yes, but in reality no as long as MA is here. The longer he stays the less chance we have of going straight back up again.
Buzzell Posted 8 October 2004 Posted 8 October 2004 I cant really seeing us going up this season. I would say a mid table position at the minute but if certain things changed ie better wins and a new manager, I could probably see us hitting play-off's.
step Posted 8 October 2004 Posted 8 October 2004 Yes we can go up, but only if we get rid of adams now, leave it much longer and we are in the shite. He must go Posters with MA OUT for the next home game please
Ash Posted 8 October 2004 Posted 8 October 2004 Yes we can, but i dont think we will ..The board will Keep MA in till XMas ,By then it will be too late
