spirefox Posted 11 October 2004 Posted 11 October 2004 MA's resignation was a true reflection of a great guy and loyal servant of our club.To come to out and admit that he wasn't doing the job right and step aside to let someone else take it on shows massive courage and integrity. History will be his judge, but I for one will always remember him as the man who helped get us through our darkest days and had the guts to fall on his sword when he knew he had to.All the best Micky,thanks for everything.

Cant this just be a fun and friendly place? Why does there have to be so many rules, why can a new user not post something without you butting in telling them he isnt allowed to because there is another thread where you are meant to post, he must be blind for doing that. So leave it to the moderators, it isnt your forum. Its a lot more tidy that other forums, because this one actually has moderators, the only LCFC forum that does i must add. So theres no need for it.

Micky has proved himself to be honourable and a man of integrity. I respect him for what he did here and wish him the best in the future. Even though performances were poor and results were rubbish, he is still welcome back to LCFC. At least he admitted his failings and did the right thing - BM that's why we thank him.

I have seen how immature this user can be, with his abusive comments to other people, then he says a cheeky sorry to make up for it.
Anish Posted 11 October 2004 Posted 11 October 2004 Petrescu I think you should clamp down on abusive behaviour of any sort (even if it's non-malicious name calling e.g moron, fool etc) - there's no need for it. We're not 12 year old kids in the playground, if people can't post anything sensible without resorting to abuse then they should be punished. And I'm not pointing the finger at anybody in particular, just a general comment.
