eaststandtom Posted 6 February 2006 Posted 6 February 2006 Holloway has been suspended as opposed to sacked. still near enough. ive heard rumour rudkin and kelly may continue as city management team.
kirkup21 Posted 6 February 2006 Posted 6 February 2006 On gardening leave according to Sky Sports News.
Thracian Posted 6 February 2006 Posted 6 February 2006 Tim Davies is well aware of fans feelings over Ian Holloway and is continually saying things like "don't believe everything you read in the Press" and "Just rumours". I have every faith that the Board are doing exactly as McCahill has said and that before anyone else gets the job Mike Newell will have to turn it down.

wirralsimon Posted 6 February 2006 Posted 6 February 2006 I think Holloway's suspension has a lot to do with the fact that he doesn't get on with the current board at QPR and very little to do with the Leicester job. The board have wanted him out for ages and this was just an excuse. They can't afford to pay him off, hence they have suspended him. If he did come to us the press conferences would be better than CL's ! Simon
Durnerz Posted 6 February 2006 Posted 6 February 2006 Hopefully Holloways on the way to the other side of the East Midlands and we're appointing Mike Newell.
Lester LXXIV Posted 6 February 2006 Posted 6 February 2006 Hopefully Holloways on the way to the other side of the East Midlands and we're appointing Mike Newell. DEFINATELY AGREED!!!
Thracian Posted 6 February 2006 Posted 6 February 2006 When did he say this Thrac?? The last comment about 20 minutes ago.
Lester LXXIV Posted 6 February 2006 Posted 6 February 2006 This could become the first "Manager Out" campaign to be started prior to an appointment! Say "No Way" to Ian Holloway
Tommeh Posted 6 February 2006 Posted 6 February 2006 Hopefully Holloways on the way to the other side of the East Midlands and we're appointing Mike Newell. What a great idea
