Ric Flair Posted 8 February 2006 Share Posted 8 February 2006 Sylla has the talent, he just doesn't seem motivated enough to show it on a regular basis. More of an impact player. Straight swap - Sylla for Maybury and keep everything else as is, lets see how Sylla performs under Kelly, he may well be a different player - don't forget he was good enough for MON at Celtic for a while.
