Sylla has the talent, he just doesn't seem motivated enough to show it on a regular basis. More of an impact player. Whenever he's been a sub and come on with 15-20 mins to go I think he's caused more problems. Definately better than Maybury out there.

Things have been working these last two games, why mess around with the team and system - we've been srying out for consistency all year.

Straight swap - Sylla for Maybury and keep everything else as is, lets see how Sylla performs under Kelly, he may well be a different player - don't forget he was good enough for MON at Celtic for a while.

I'd like to see Smith coming off the bench though, he could add something different but where possible we shouldn't be 'tinkering' with a winning side - especially not in such an important game
