Speculation had been rife before the game that tensions were running high as Mr Nicky 'mediocrity himself' Butt had threatened to out one of the Danish players as the mystery driver on top BBC2 primetime cult show Top Gear. Stig Tofting declined to comment. Nicky's coded message though - 'I nose it's you'.
