Gené and Tonic Posted 9 May 2006 Posted 9 May 2006 TPH should know this..what league they in now? Is it looking good for the future?
Chairman of the Bored Posted 9 May 2006 Posted 9 May 2006 Didn't they go bust? I think it was ther shock of having Paul Kitson score a cracking goal against them.
The People's Hero Posted 9 May 2006 Posted 9 May 2006 Got promoted this year having finished as Champions of their division. They're still a fair way off 'proper' league football but they have money to spend and are building a new ground. Meanwhilst, Sittingbourne's ground, where they are playing at the moment has been deemed 'good enough' for the division above.. so the Stones are up!
The People's Hero Posted 10 May 2006 Posted 10 May 2006 Why the interest HinckleyFox, if you don't mind me asking?

I remember when they went out of business, I think it was the same year as Aldershot Town.
Gené and Tonic Posted 10 May 2006 Author Posted 10 May 2006 Why the interest HinckleyFox, if you don't mind me asking? It'd be nice to see them back in the league, just wondering how they were faring; in 5 years time hopefully they'll be in the conference!
The People's Hero Posted 10 May 2006 Posted 10 May 2006 Would be great to see the 'Stones back in the league. http://www.maidstoneunited.co.uk/ For all your Maidstone United needs. Also, if you just like hideous orange shirts, well worth checking out.
The People's Hero Posted 10 May 2006 Posted 10 May 2006 Ill find out myself then shall I I've just given you the website. It was basically a Kentish league they were in. They have quite a way to go before they can get close to the Conference. Having said that, I think they'll do alright next year despite it being a fairly decent step up.
