Have you tried switching it off and switching it back on again? Highly technical but normally works for me although I am on ntl.

Bluefoxtim Posted 3 July 2006 Posted 3 July 2006 I would normally say ring the helpline but on this ocassion I won't. UNLESS you want to go through the pressing of about 15 numbers, having to hold for about an hour, and then getting through to someone in Delhi (seriously) who you cannot understand, they can't understand you, then when you tell them the problem they have no knowledge at all, and seems all they are doing is looking in an online FAQ, once the first thing doesn't work they make you hold for another 10 minutes whilst they speak to their supervisor, and then get told you will be rung back within an hour, but this becomes a week.

Hmmm, are we speaking from expirience?? (oh the bitterness!!)
