seventy_times_7 Posted 4 July 2006 Posted 4 July 2006 Although I've been as critical of him as anyone else, I've got to say we should be willing to give him a chance. Does no one remember what happened with Kisnorbo last season? Was wank until RK got hold of him, then was seemingly transformed overnight. Realistically, Tiatto can't be any worse than last season, so is it really beyond the realms of possibility that he could have a good pre season and start performing for us? The fact is that he is penciled in to be 1st choice left midfielder, whether we like it or not, so we might as well wipe the slate clean and judge him by what he produces at the start of the season. I'm ready to be torn apart now...

I'm ready to be torn apart now... All well and good, but Tiatto worked with Kelly last season when he took over and other than a decent game against Leeds he was absolutely dreadful in every other game, saving his best moment of the season for the last home game of the season against Plymouth when for absolutely no reason what so ever he played a 50 yard ball to the opposition backwards and they nearly scored. I will however look forward to him proving me wrong hopefully and have a good season with us, but I can't see that happening.

I'm ready to be torn apart now... Paragraph A: He had chances all last season. B: RK might have worked a miracle with Kisnorbo but I didn't notice miracles with anyone else, Tiatto included. C: That's how he will be judged. There are exceptions but generally the City fans seem pretty fair in their analyses and were quick enough to change their minds about Kisnorbo and Hargreaves, for instance.
AyewJoking Posted 4 July 2006 Posted 4 July 2006 I dont rate Tiatto, he does more harm than good. Even when he is innocent, referees will still jump the gun and book him. Small squad though so we need all the options we can get.
Wils Posted 4 July 2006 Posted 4 July 2006 Twatto well said,he had one good season now all he does is get yellow cards, injured and give the ball away
