I love the heat, but it's playing havoc with my blood pressure. 84/48 the other day.

My house is always cool because it's made of stone, and there's 3 empty bedrooms.

Bit of a drive to your neck of the woods though.

My house (well flat) is always cool too, good ole Aberdeen granite

That's not blood pressure ~ it's the opposite of pressure, stuff outside your body must diffuse in just to make up the volume.

Have you seen a doctor?

I'm quite happy where I work, I work in with a cold blower fan right next to my bench, but have the shutter doors open so can go in and out when I want, I have the oppotunity to work outside if I want but if I want to be cooler inside then just work inside. quite good.

Used to work on site, which was good but I worked on site for a year, during that summer, I was either a) Smashing plaster of walls which makes you feel sick at the best of time let alone when your boiling hot or b) Digging footing, and I nearly passed out doing that...

84/48 - That gives you a blood pressure of precisely 1.75

The weather out here is lovely, you should be outside having an ice cream!

Yesterday I was working in our Hong Kong office - They were kind enough to give me a room with windows on 2 sides

Here's some of the views (apologies for the reflections in the pics)

They just tell you to eat salt. I'm ok, apart from when I faint, most embarrassingly at the WS once. It has nowt to do with Slowcroft scoring.
