Knighton Matt Posted 30 August 2006 Posted 30 August 2006 Sorry I know it was released ages ago but how good is this album? Seriously I don't think I've heard an opening 4 tracks as good in a VERY very long time. What does everyone else think to this album?
OBO Posted 30 August 2006 Posted 30 August 2006 I like it but I think it got played out pretty fast. It was just hearing them EVERYWHERE when that album dropped, they just seemed to get boring faster than they would have had I not had them forced upon me whenever I turned on my TV or radio... if that makes sense. It's a solid record though, Helicopter is my favourite song by miles, really outstanding track for me.
eaststandtom Posted 30 August 2006 Posted 30 August 2006 a good album ambitious for a debut too!!! too many songs though. 10 songs on it and it would be a really good album. possibly one of the best albums from that surge of bands from 2004!!! one for the guitar players

Mid-life crisis *he says in a sulky fashion* or no, there are some superb songs on the album, but it doesn't bear listening to all the way through. I'll just be going back to my pipe and slippers now if that's ok with you young whipper-snappers...
