lookwhaticando Posted 6 September 2006 Posted 6 September 2006 Pssst I've done that! I wasn't actually hypnotised though - but I duped all present. I now believe the whole thing is a sham. Having said that - I know a couple of people who have gone from smoking 40+ a day to NOTHING following hypnosis. Don't suppose it was anything to do with the fact they paid hugely for the privilage of being hypnotised - so much so, they had no money left for any fags at all?

Good theory! Whilst we're on the topic of wanting to be able to do stuff.. my biggest annoyance is that I'm not a great singer/dancer. Sure I do both with real enthusiasm, especially when drunk, but they are things I'd like to be good at.

They're mostly singers in the professional sense. That's not to say the odd loser with no singing ability at all slips thru the net, but the rest of us, sadly, are sh*t singers. No harm in being a sh*t singer/dancer. If you had any talent at all, you'd have been snagged by a band/label a long time ago.

It is for the people sitting at your table, or those who are known to associate themselves with you. They must hang their heads in shame everytime you get up and head for the mic. I wouldn't be surprised if they hide in the toilets, either.

Obviously I ended up offending Cisono by complete accident, and I offered to change it to something she can relate a little more to, which isn't offensive, and hence, I saved my own skin and a bit of bother in the process Can tell that a girl doesn't mind flirting if she says things as cisono has to TPH, KM and you in some of these threads!! Don't worry about offending her too much. She's a woman, they're not people like you or I.

Say what?! What's cis been saying to me that I don't know about??! I have plenty of cheese and red wine. I'm lacking in biscuitage at present though. Cheese is actually better with bread I think. Good bread. Tonight's read wine has been just one glass of Chilean Merlot. It's actually too hot in my house to drink anymore.. I'll bring the biscuits this weekend let's have a cheese, biscuits and wine weekend after my (not literally mine) Kentish wedding.

Looking back, it was VERY VERY dull. Suffice to say a lot of specialist covers are available these days but I don't get involved in any of the scenarios mentioned as I simply do not have the binding authorities or access to the specialist markets necessary to write this sort of business.

I'm pretty good on unoccupied residential let though. That is to say I do a good cover for those who own a portfolio of properties (or even just 1) which is to let but currently unoccupied. I'm actually boring myself here.
