Satisfying Evening

So far tonight I've had a few classes of a smashing Australian Shiraz. Really full bodied.

Anyway, I feel it's merely improved the subtle acerbicity of my scathing yet playful wit in taking Thomson and Servisair down a few pegs.

Anyone got the address for Watchdog? Does Watchdog still exist?

Is there such a thing as Oftravel or Ofhol?

I decided to go see my gran and grandad, because my grandad broke his arm on Sunday and I thought he could do with plums from my plum tree.

Anyway, I watched Emerdale AND Holby City.

I'm actually gonna watch Holby City again tomorrow, it was quite enjoyable.

All-time low Alex?

There were drugs, face burns, contaminated wards, baby court cases AND MORE!!

EVen one of the nurses was verging towards attractionism.

What more could a guy want?!

Not a very satisfying evening for me. Went to a specific shop in the late afternoon only to find that it is closed due to renovation. Visited a friend who was at work and constantly on the phone while I was there.

Got back late for dinner (spaghetti were glued together and had to make some more pasta).

I rang a couple of friends, but they were all unavailable.

In the end I went with the flow and decided to stay at home for the evening...

Id rather drink cat piss than drink wine

Well, I'm sure as shit not coming to yours for a dinner party so just throw that invite in the bin now!

My evening is just getting better.

I've got some exquisite cheese from a friend in the pub, I can't put my finger on what it is but certainly English/Irish/Welsh with whole black peppercorns in it. It's beautiful. Washing it down with some Chilean Merlot. Tomorrow I'll regret this, but right now, I envy no man.

My stressy day of the week (in terms of what you know in advance) was today. I had three meetings. In addition, the modem broke. Not a huge issue, they cost maybe £10... but I still had to go get one etc. Easy street rest of this week.

how does breaking one's arm equate to wanting plums ? is there some fruit related craving you get for various injuries?

i've heard pregnant women get cravings , is it similar?

He likes plums, I have plums in abundance.

Unfortunately no relation between the broken arm and craving.

Felt he could do with a treat.

What a thoughtful grandson.
