Scarby Posted 12 September 2006 Posted 12 September 2006 If you live the South Leicestershire area (Glen, Fleckney, Kibworth, Oadby, Wigston, Even Harborough) and want a lift tonight to the game let me know and ill see what i can do. The offer is there to bring you home from the match as well (max 3 people).
Craig Posted 12 September 2006 Posted 12 September 2006 Likewise from Kettering, if anyone wants a lift today and wants to drive to Sunderland in exchange, i'll reluctantly accept.
Jamesino_LCFC Posted 12 September 2006 Posted 12 September 2006 Change it from 'life' to 'lift' I thought this was going to be an insulting thread to the people who are going tonight..
Fez of Mahrez Posted 12 September 2006 Posted 12 September 2006 South of Leicestershire? That's generous. Northampton please.
Craig Posted 12 September 2006 Posted 12 September 2006 South of Leicestershire? That's generous. Northampton please. Get to kettering and i'll give you one
Fez of Mahrez Posted 12 September 2006 Posted 12 September 2006 Get to kettering and i'll give you one Ooer. Thanks for the offer mate, I was just generally being a bit cheeky. I doubt I'll end up going. Contemplating Sunderland and can't afford both.
Scarby Posted 12 September 2006 Author Posted 12 September 2006 northampton is a bit to far, if you could get to Market Harborough that would be OK.

Contemplating Sunderland and can't afford both. I'm thinking about Sunderland, do many people travel on fox travel alone? or would i be a total loner?
Fez of Mahrez Posted 12 September 2006 Posted 12 September 2006 I'm thinking about Sunderland, do many people travel on fox travel alone? or would i be a total loner? What time does the coach set off/get back?
Maybes Posted 12 September 2006 Posted 12 September 2006 I'm thinking about Sunderland, do many people travel on fox travel alone? or would i be a total loner? I refuse to travel on the fox travel. its too hot and sticky and always stinks!!! :pinch:
Craig Posted 12 September 2006 Posted 12 September 2006 What time does the coach set off/get back? Coaches leave at 10 i think, then would get back around 9ish probably.
syston_fox Posted 12 September 2006 Posted 12 September 2006 I'm thinking about Sunderland, do many people travel on fox travel alone? or would i be a total loner? I travel on fox travel and people are usually friendly and you can find someone to chat to. Or if your like me then you can just put some music on and doze off for the majority of the journey No doubt there will be a dvd on or something - hopefully not the "highlights" from last season though!

Likewise from Kettering, if anyone wants a lift today and wants to drive to Sunderland in exchange, i'll reluctantly accept. How bizarre. This is effectively my route back from work today! Can't beat the A14-A6 combo! I would offer people lifts but I'm gonna be late enough as it is. Bloody work!

Fez of Mahrez Posted 12 September 2006 Posted 12 September 2006 think i'm gonna do it, first time i've ever been to a game alone I went to Wolves away on my own last day of our last promotion season. That was actually pretty good. Would go Sunderland but I think it might be too much of a mission. Would be stranded in Leicester when the coaches got back at stupid o'clock. Birmingham away might be my next, thinking logically. :pinch:
