I currently work for a shopfitting firm and the company tbh is dying, the company don't want to make redundancies because they can't replace you within a year by law so they are making it horrible to work there as one person leaves a pole replaces them, we had poles there before but as people are leaving more are being employed, so far theres only been one redundancy (Secretery) and they are saying there won't be any more in the near future, anyway I have seen a job in the paper SC Joinery? I think its a new company just started up, but seeing as i've just finished my apprenticeship I wantt too show abit of loyalty and thanks to my company for putting me through my apprenticship, also I am not experienced enough yet to move on, i've just been given a pay rise, and its a great bunch of lads I work with. Good luck with the new job!
