Guest bull-fox Posted 14 October 2006 Posted 14 October 2006 hi i'm a leicester fan living in hereford, i've supported leicester since i was little but as i live in hereford i find it difficult to get to many games! i also follow the great hereford united as i am a local lad and i own a season ticket. when hereford were drew against leicester in the cup i was dreding the experience of my to loved teams battling it out, but i'm glad to say when the day came along i enjoyed every second! i was a neutral for that game and all i wanted was to witness a great game of football played with 100% commitment from both teams, and thats what IMO i got. before the game i greated the lcfc players off the team bus and was happy to get my shirt signed by danny tiatto, ian hume and my favourite city player james wesolowski. i have attended 2 of cities away games this season but i was unfortunate enough to see a terrible 0-0 draw at the richo and a poor showing at the hawthorns. at those games i noticed one character of the club, 'Bernard' i beieve people were calling him! what a legend! but i didnt notice him at hereford anyway, what were you thoughts on the trip to edgar street, one of the only real football stadiums left? cheers, bull-fox p.s your away support is IMO fantastic

Bert Posted 14 October 2006 Posted 14 October 2006 Hereford away was great and the main reasons was, we was free to stand up and the stewarding wasn't heavy handed at all, the atmosphere was good as we was all standing and singing which makes it 10 times better.

It was awesome. Best away game this season. Everyone was there just for a good time. As for the ground i loved it
